How To Get To The Civic Centre

The Ipswich Civic Centre is located on the Corner of Limestone & Nicholas Streets, Ipswich. We are located in the centre of the Ipswich CBD, close to cafes & parks and just a short walk from Ipswich Railway Station & Bus Stops.

Getting here by car:
Head west along Brisbane Road towards Ipswich and continue onto Queen Victoria Parade. Queen Victoria Parade veers slightly left and becomes Limestone Street. Continue along Limestone Street for approximately 1km. The Ipswich Civic Centre is on the left hand side, on the corner of Nicholas Street.

After hours off-street parking is available in Council’s car parks at 45 Roderick Street and in Foote Lane, Ipswich.
Limited on-street (metered) parking is available on surrounding streets including Limestone, Nicholas, South, Roderick and Ellenborough Streets.

Getting here by train: 
Visit Translink for train travel information. Once you arrive in Ipswich, walk from Ipswich Train Station south on Bell Street towards Brisbane Street. Turn right at Brisbane Street and then left at D’arcy Doyle Place/Nicholas Street. Continue to follow Nicholas Street, where you will see the Ipswich Civic Centre on your left (corner of Limestone Street).
