  Our phone lines area available during business hours Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm and 1 hour prior to the start time for any show.

  If you are contacting us outside of these hours, and in relation to a show you are attending, we encourage you to send an email to theatre@ipswich.qld.gov.au or complete the online form and select Box Office and Ticketing from the drop down menu with your details and request as this will log the date and time of your enquiry. No refunds will be granted once a show has commenced.
