  If you are contacting us outside of these hours, in relation to a show you are attending, email theatre@ipswich.qld.gov.au or complete the online form and select Box Office and Ticketing from the drop down menu with your details and request as this will log the date and time of your enquiry.

  No refunds will be granted once a show has commenced.
