Bonnie Tangey –

Bonnie Tangey’s comedy is sharp and a little bit silly, with occasionally sinister undertones.

After coming second in the national Raw Comedy competition in 2017, Bonnie was cast in the Melbourne International Comedy Festivals highly prestigious new-comer show, Comedy Zone in 2018.

She’s travelled around Australia and performed in clubs all over the country. You may know Bonnie from her performances on ABC TV’s Comedy Up Late and Tonightly with Tom Ballard.

Justin Hamilton –

Justin Hamilton has carved out an incredibly successful career as a stand-up comedian, writer and stage director while maintaining his unique voice within the Australian comedy scene.

Over the course of the last 29 years, Justin has won awards for his solo stand-up comedy shows including the Director’s Choice Award at the Melbourne Comedy Festival for his show Three Colours Hammo. In 2011, The Arts Monthly announced that Justin was the Comedian of the Decade. In 2019 his one-person play won the Best Comedy Show award at the Adelaide Fringe for The Ballad of John Tilt Animus. In 2023 Justin returned to stand-up comedy with his new show, Little Victories, which garnered 5-star reviews and an Adelaide Fringe Weekly Award for Best Comedy Show. This same year Justin joined Nikki Britton as the first English speaking stand-up comedians to be booked as part of the Busan International Comedy Festival in South Korea. Justin also produced Melbourne’s cult live show The Shelf which he co-hosted with Adam Richard. The variety comedy shows included guests Hannah Gadsby, The Dollop co hosts Dave Anthony and Gareth Reynolds, Puddles Pity Party, James Acaster and Rose Matafeo.

Justin has also worked extensively in radio, most recently as a key writer for Rove’s 2DayFM breakfast show Rove & Sam. For ten years he was also the TV and movie reviewer for Perth’s number one rated Mix FM, and a regular guest on Merrick Watts’ Triple M Drive show in Sydney.

‘An unforgettable performance… his jokes are intelligent, witty and very entertaining. You should not miss this. Absolute stand out.’ Adelaide Advertiser

‘Hamilton resists the easy laugh lines that are the staple of stand-up and that are instantly forgotten. Instead, the show is memorably, blisteringly funny, and poignant at times.’ The Australian, Penny Durham

Nikki Britton –

Nikki is often described as a “force of nature”, but think less natural disaster, and more joy bomb. Her warmth draws her audience close, and her sharp wit doesn’t let them catch their breath. Her physicality takes her storytelling to another level, with characters flying in and out of the tales spun from her own chaotic life.

Nikki’s acting credits include Matt Okine’s The Other Guy, and a lead part the ABC mini-series Sheilas. She also appeared as the iconic Marlo Machelski across three seasons of How To Stay Married created by Peter Helliar. Nikki’s other screen credits include One, a short film for the ABC and the survival guide lockdown series At Home Alone Together.

Nikki’s solo stand-up shows have earned her awards at festivals around the country. Her 2021 show One Small Step was nominated for Most Outstanding Show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Other accolades include Best Comedy (weekly) at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in 2019 and 2020, Best Comedy at Perth Fringe 2018. Her 2019 show, Once Bitten, was hand-picked by ABC to be created into a podcast in 2020.

Nikki appeared in the ABC’s broadcast of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Gala in 2022, 2021, 2019 and 2018 respectively, and appeared in Stan’s 2020 Lockdown Comedy Special. She feels very comfortable with a microphone, whether it’s in a sold-out theatre, or by herself in a compact studio. As a VO artist (aka professional talker) Nikki regularly voices Network 10’s tv Promos, and was co-host of NOVA FM’s podcast Mates Talking About Stuff.

‘Nikki Britton is one of a kind.’ ★★★★★ Theatre Matters, 2023

‘Few comics reduce their audience to the constant waves of laughter for the full hour like Britton does.’ Chortle

‘That she can also banter with her audience and mine unexpected laughs, is a true gift.’ Theatre Matters, 2023

Patrick Golamco –

Patrick Golamco is a soft-spoken Chinese Australian comedian, and proud IT nerd. He has a unique blend of zippy one liners, and awkward personal stories.

When he was ten, he used to put on one-kid shows with stuffed toys for his two younger sisters. They got a few laughs and it inspired him to do comedy. He placed runner-up in the 2020/21 Raw Comedy Competition, and performed in the Comedy Zone line-up in 2022 at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

He has also performed at the Perth Fringe, Adelaide Fringe, Sydney Comedy (SCF) and Sydney Fringe festivals, including his solo Pork Adobo at MICF and SCF last year.

Patrick also co-wrote a 12-part TikTok comedy series with Jenny Tian in 2021/22 that was funded by the Screen Australia Every Voice Initiative.

MC – Marcel Blanch de Wilt –

Marcel Blanch-de Wilt is an award-winning stand-up, improviser, writer, and director. He has performed in the US, UK, NZ, and every capital city in Australia. Marcel has been fortunate enough to MC all the best comedy clubs across the country.

Marcel has performed seven solo shows that he has toured to the Adelaide Fringe, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Sydney Fringe, Bondi Festival, and the Sydney Comedy Festival.

Marcel is an in-demand director. He has directed several stand-up shows including Steph Broadbridge, Ting Lim, Oliver Hunter, and Lizzy Hoo’s special for Amazon Prime. He is the host of The Comedy Writers Group and performs alongside his wife in their improv duo The Newlyweds.
