Welcome to the fabled city of Agrabah where Aladdin, a penniless ‘nobody’ meets and falls in love with the Princess Jasmine.

When he is tricked into climbing into the Cave of Wonders to retrieve an old lamp, Aladdin accidentally releases a Genie who grants him three wishes.

The first wish is to ‘make me a Prince’ and so the story goes with twists and turns along the way.

You’ll meet Aladdin’s three friends, Babkak Omar and Kassim, the evil Jafar and his accomplice Iago and a support cast and ensemble of Agraban’s who sing and dance their way through all the songs that you know and love – A Whole New World and A Friend Like Me, and a whole score of new songs that will get your toes tapping.

NY Dance is proud to present Aladdin Jr with it’s very apt message of “Like so many things, it’s not what’s on the outside but what is on the inside that counts”.

Based on the Disney film written by Ron Clements, John Musker, Ted Elliott & Terry Rossio and directed & produced by Ron Clements & John Musker
