COME FROM AWAY tells the remarkable true story of when 7,000 passengers from around the world found themselves unexpectedly grounded in the small town of Gander, Newfoundland on September 11, 2001. As 38 planes were diverted to this tiny Canadian community, the people of Gander welcomed the “come from aways” with open arms, kindness, and plenty of cups of tea. In a time of global uncertainty, strangers became friends, and hope was found in the most unlikely of places.

Filled with heart, humour, and an unforgettable Celtic-inspired score, Come From Away is a moving celebration of community, connection, and the best of human spirit.
