Recepts will be joining forces with Gift Horse and 45 Re-Issue for an evening of psychedelic space grooves and power pop.

Brisbane based Gift Horse will showcase songs from their most recent album ‘Overtime’ along with a few oldies and a couple of cracker new tracks destined to be their next recordings. Their live act is sharply honed after their well-received album launch shows last year and recent performances at Ric’s Backyard and PFR Lounge in Brissy. They’re keen to bring it for Ipswich music lovers at Studio 188.

Local Ipswich band Recepts will share songs from their recent EP release ‘Artificial’ and build on the energetic and ethereal vibes unleashed at February’s performance at Banshees Bar and Art Space.

45 Re-Issue are no strangers to the Brisbane alternative live music circuit having recently shared their new single ‘Held to the Years’ at Ric’s Backyard and The Cave Inn. They’ll draw from their broad back catalogue, dating back to their earlier incarnation as Temperate Zone.
