Introducing the first of the Hatchery 4305- Performance series.

PAULINA

Hatchery 4305, is Ipswich Civic Centre’s new exciting creative development incubator program. Through the program, successful applicants take up residency at Studio 188 to develop new concepts, push boundaries and build creative capacity.

 

From Paulina:

‘During my time at Studio 188, I will be exploring a wide range of new technology that will direct my creative practice into a ‘one woman’ band live setup, which will include new sound elements and live looping of my voice and my guitar – something I have never done before. This experiment will allow me to explore new parts of my artistry and push myself mentally and physically, to bring a brand new sound & energy to Ipswich. And I can’t wait to share my progress with the beautiful community of Ipswich – my home!!’

This event will be hosted at Studio 188.  Studio 188 is Ipswich’s old Baptist Church turned social meeting space, right in the heart of Ipswich CBD. It features a bar offering beer, wine and pre-mix spirits as well as a small selection of snacks to purchase.
