The breathtaking Swedish/Argentinian Möller-Fraticelli guitar duo will present a program of Argentinian Tangos and Original compositions as well as music by J. K. Mertz live from their home in the Netherlands!

Möller-Fraticelli was set to perform at Ipswich Civic Centre at the end of May, however due to COVID-19 restrictions the show was cancelled.  We are so pleased to be able to presented to you Ipswich Civic Centre at home with Möller-Fraticelli, all the way from the Netherlands.

Award-winning European guitarist Johannes Möller’s close collaboration with Argentinean guitarist Laura Fraticelli has resulted in a unique form of musical expression. Their emotional playing style as well as their strong connection and stage presence make their performances unforgettable events.

Last year the duo released a CD for the Naxos label with the Guitar Duos of Johann Kaspar Mertz. Mertz’s music resembles the compositions of Schubert, Schumann and Mendelssohn but with the poetic and intimate sound that only an instrument like the classical guitar can offer.

The duo has been describe as “the unique fusion of the Swedish perfection and the Argentinian passion.”

The program they will be presenting and Johannes Möller’s compositions are an authentic manifestitation of a globalized world.

Duo Möller-Fraticelli performed throughout Europe, North and South America as well as on radio and TV.
