Jazz vocalist Nicky Steel is well known to Ipswich Civic Centre audiences.

Nicky has been involved with Ipswich Civic Centre for over 20 years, including performances with the Allan Brown Big Band (formerly the 4IP Big Band) and the Ipswich Musical Theatre Company (The Sound of Music, The King and I) to name just a few.

Originally classically trained in New Zealand, Nicky came to sing Jazz during high school in Brisbane and has been performing locally and overseas ever since.

Nicky is thrilled to be performing as part of the Ipswich Civic Centre at home series.

Join us for a night of jazz flavoured material, and the launch of Nicky’s special project that pays tribute to the Bush fire volunteers.
