Swich Up Productions and Ipswich Civic Centre present…
One of the most inspirational and loved Christmas stories – ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’. Set in a 1940s recording studio, this live radio play is the warm hug we can’t wait to give our loved ones. Join us this Christmas as we transport you to the time when the magic of radio dramas brought family and friends together.
One snowy Christmas Eve, after a lifetime of putting off his own plans to help others achieve their dreams, George Bailey hits his breaking point and contemplates the unthinkable. It’s up to a good-natured angel named Clarence to show George how a small life can make a big impact. Based on the story, “The Greatest Gift”, this Christmas classic is retold as a live 1940’s radio broadcast where you become our live studio audience! Complete with Foley sound effects, old time jingles and an ensemble cast that brings dozens of characters to life.
Embrace the Christmas cheer, get into the Christmas Spirit and book now!
This show will be held at Firestation 101
