A Morning With Keith Potger

The founding member of the internationally famous group The Seekers, Keith Potger AO, is coming to Ipswich.

Keith’s solo performance will feature some beautiful original ballads from his three solo CDs and covers from some of his all-time favourites, as well as his own version of a few Seeker’s hits. His performance and his music is a breath of fresh air for those who appreciate the man and his guitar.

Accompanied by his 1967 Maton 12-string guitar, the guitar that made The Seekers’ instrumental sound so unique; Keith will share some amusing anecdotes from over 50 years on the international music scene.

Known to countless fans across the world, Keith has just returned from a successful tour of Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland, including appearances at the Gympie Muster. He was recently in Melbourne and Sydney for the world premiere of Georgy Girl: The Seekers Musical which received rave reviews for the season at Her Majesty’s Theatre in Melbourne and in Sydney at The State Theatre.
