DVAC’s Not Being Heard Is No Reason For Silence is an important, confronting and powerful production starring students from Ipswich SHS, Bremer SHS, Lowood SHS and Saint Mary’s College. These incredible students have been undertaking domestic violence and healthy relationships education throughout semester one. They have directed and channelled their learning to devise, explore and produce this poignant performance.

United by their passion to prevent and end domestic violence, extraordinary actors from OzPlays and Taboo will join the students as guest stars in this show. These wonderful performers will showcase their talent through a fusion of political, verbatim, physical, clowning and collage theatre, that will inform, educate, challenge and inspire the community.

We are in this together to make a change for the better.
