Pendulum Swing became an integral part of the Rivercity Swing Collective in the Late Summer of 2017, a community of Jazz musicians from Brazil, Italy, South Africa and Australia, who would meet up to play and share their love for Django Reinhardt and his music. Pendulum Swing is a result of passion, friendship and love for Gypsy Swing which combines cultural influences from each member’s respective part of the world which results in a truly unique performance.

A Pendulum Swing show takes you on a journey through the ages, starting from some of Django’s earliest compositions in 1932 right through to modern-day Disney classics, decorated with the flavours of Gypsy Jazz. A show not to be missed!
