Featuring renowned composers from Argentina, Australia, and beyond, including the legendary Astor Piazzolla, Tango Enigmático’s performances bring together passion and pain, flirtation and fire, nostalgia and nonsense.

Pollo En Pepitoria
Boneless chicken thigh, cooked in almond sauce served with saffron paella, greens, scattered boiled egg whites and roast almonds.

Cordero Asado
Slow cooked lamb shoulder, chorizo potato mash, grilled lemon with chimichurri and smoked paprika.

Spanish Churro
Caramel, milk and white chocolate sauce with strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
