Step into the embrace of musica brasileira as the band shares the highlights of their quarter-century musical journey in Australia and Brazil, showcasing their award winning originals in beautiful new arrangements alongside Brazilian classics including Corcovado and Garota de Ipanema.
Join the band for a spellbinding concert celebrating the magic of Brazilian music.
Featuring the sublime Portuguese vocals of Anje West, and the masterful vibraphone of Kym Ambrose, this award-winning ensemble has made an outstanding contribution to the Australian experience of Brazilian music over the past 25 years, delivering three critically acclaimed albums and hundreds of spellbinding live shows.
The View From Madeleine’s Couch also features Bruce Woodward (guitar), OJ Newcomb (bass), Paul Hudson (drums).
