Roasted Hasselback Chicken

with haloumi cheese and basil, creamy mash, asparagus, rich tomato and herbed sauce.

Seared Beef Filet Mignon

potato gratin, assorted Dutch carrots, wild spinach, rosemary and red wine jus.
